SHJ-50 water cooled brace configuration and description
1. Twin screw metering feeder
The motor and the feeding reducer are directly connected. A horizontal agitator is provided in the feed body. Smooth and even feeding, no bridge. The feeding motor adopts AC motor. Imported variable frequency governor.
2. Twin screw host
a. Screw diameter 50.5mm, groove depth 9mm, barrel hole diameter 51mm, host length-diameter ratio
L/D=32-68.
b. The screw element and the mandrel are connected with involute lines.
c. The screw element is 6542 high speed steel. The barrel is made of bimetal.
d. The main motor is AC motor. The speed regulating device is the imported frequency converter governor. Screw speed is 50-600rpm
e. Cylinder sections 1 and 2 and the net change heater are cast copper. The rest is cast aluminum. The cylinder is cooled by water. f. Use manual or hydraulic quick net change.
g. The oil lubrication system oil pump is AC motor.
h. exhaust water ring vacuum pump for AC motor.
3. Electric instrument control system
a. Host temperature control for Japan RKC temperature control instrument factory products. Dual channel, intelligent.
b. The main current is interlocked with the main engine to achieve instantaneous protection and shutdown over current.
c. Host thermal protection device. Ac contactors are products of Siemens.
d. Control buttons, indicators are Schneider products.
